**3. Return Authorization (RA) Number:

  • All returns must have a valid RA number issued by our customer service team. Returns without an RA number may not be processed.

**4. Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

**5. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
